To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777add, its directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 777add Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of PKR funds resulting from circumstances beyond 777add's reasonable control.
777add does not guarantee that the Platform will be available continuously and without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, and circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary Platform unavailability. 777add will make reasonable efforts to restore service as promptly as possible and will communicate planned downtime in advance where practicable.
In all cases, 777add's total liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of your Real Money Balance at the time the relevant incident occurred.
777add reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach of this Agreement, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus Balances are not returnable upon account closure.
